"The owner of All Ways Construction came on time to give me an estimate to repair my chimney, Of the three estimates I got, he was the only person who got up on a ladder to take a close look. All three people who gave me an estimate said that the top 9 courses of bricks would have to be replaced, but he was the only one that noticed that I needed new flashing where the chimney meets the ascending slope of the roof. That was encouraging. Even though All Ways' bid was the middle of three ($1200, $1650, and $2400), it seemed to be most professional, so I picked All Ways. He proposed to do the work two days later starting at 9:00 am and arrived 30 minutes early. I wasn't ready, but I was happy to see him here and ready for work. The owner and one employee unloaded and got to work efficiently and were done by 1:00 pm. The owner showed me pictures of the chimney he took from the roof. I don't know much about chimneys, but the work looks good in the pictures and from the ground, and the surfaces around the job in my yard were left cleaner than before the work started. Everything went well, and there were no surprises."

He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."

"I wanted to wait for a bad rain storm and wind to see if the job was done well, and I can say it was an excellent job. Overall, I was very happy with them. They came to fix our leaking skylights. The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. I really appreciate that they didn't give a quote and then said they need 3 weeks to show up. The replaced shingles and ice shield are holding up well, made it through the past several rain storms and really strong winds. They cleaned up and made sure no nails were around in the yard, that was great. If we decide to replace the whole main roof in the future, I would not hesitate to call them and get a new quote and let them do the job. Definitely call them and let them give you an estimate!!!!!!!"
