Comment: installation of concrete footings and frost wall for an indoor horse riding arena. Will be a fabric tension building 65' x 140'. Currently there is a 70' x 200' gravel pad averaging close to 2' thick. Please specify whether you would do earthwork/ excavation or you would subcontract, or it would have to be supplied by other. Drawings will be provided by tension building provider to identify location of steel plates for attaching legs for trusses. Building ends will also be fabric - not sure there is attachment to foundation - possibly where doorways will be framed - so I'm not sure if frost walls on ends are necessary, or just on long sides supporting structure. There will be a 14' wide door and a 6' wide door on one end and a 6' wide door on the other. These will all likely be sliding doors - my understanding is building supplier will include framing for mounting these - so perhaps that frame would need to mount to frost wall. Interior "floor" will be a sand footing over compacted gravel - no concrete slab. Transition at doorway threshold should be seemless - ie., any frost wall should be same grade as interior and exterior - not something you have to step over.
