"We needed an urgent water heater replacement. JLR called with a quote right after registering this job with Angi, and was ready with a quote right away, no waiting for a visit, no extra charges for giving a quote, etc. He knew the current brand heater, and understood our special install requirements, so was able to cut to the chase right away. He was willing to do a same day install, said he would arrive at 12:17 PM, and arrived at 12:30. The total install only took an hour and a half, and all is back to normal now and working properly. He kept the work area clean, worked to avoid soiling carpets, etc., and did a very clean professional install. Very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend him for other buyers."

"I wish I could give more stars!! Had a plumber to my house who told me our problem would cost us up to $18k...but when JB from Kalin came and looked at it, he told us that we don't need to go to the extreme unless we have to (and told us respectfully how the other bid was WAY too much). Only $1,500 later and a couple repairs to our sewer line, the whole job was done! They were professional, on time, highly skilled, fast working, and VERY reasonably priced...without over reacting to the situation or going to extremes. After hiring Kalin, I talked to my insurance claims adjuster, and he told me that Kalin is the best he has worked with. Get all the bids you want...just get a bid from Kalin LAST...and I bet you will pick them too!!"
