He understands the town codes and standards thoroughly. Third, He is very sensible to our expectations, He sets the expectations straight in the very beginning and delivers what is committed. His customer service is really promising, some times he takes the financial hit to make sure customer is happy. I do not think we will find anyone who will go to that extent.
