"Thank you so much for the good job that you did for me, and you always show up on time. You always show me the job that has been done just to make sure that I am happy with it, and you are also always nice to my tenants. You always finish the job early, and that made my tenants very happy because they didn't have to wait so long for the water to come back. You are very kind and very patient.
