"I had a major emergency at my apartment; my kitchen sink started leaking & my downstairs neighbors were getting flooded. I couldn t get in touch with the landlord or the building manager so I started feverishly looking for a plumber. Luckily, my friend recommended First Thought Plumbing and Ken was at my home within 20 minutes!! (Absolute Life Savor!!!!) He was very professional, neat, and even cleaned up after himself (that has not been my experience with plumbers in the past). And the price was VERY reasonable! Ken even spoke to my landlord the next day to explain what happened. I really cannot recommend First Thought enough! The service and experience was exceptional and I would never consider using anyone else! (My landlord was even impressed and said he will use this company in the future)"

"Excellent service with the sewer repair and replacement. We decided to hire them to replace whole house pipes on our old home. Did the job at a reasonable price, just like the first job. Had one small leak problem under sink in guest bath. Texted at 1:00AM, he came at 10:00AM the same day. He fixed the leak at no cost. We have had no problems since. Now, that's what I call service.
