"Roland was extremely polite, he showed up when he said he would. He had to come out about 4-5 times because of the nature of the work. He didn't have the time during his work day, because of other jobs so he came by in the early evening to check on if the drying process was working. He also worked at least one Saturday or Sunday on it. He did a great job! He was very particular on how it should come out, and it's great!"
