With Spenser and his team none of that happened. He explained from the beginning what our options were, he gave his recommendations that we found quite reasonable. The job started when he said it would and he was regularly checking on the progress. Everything that we wanted to fix (and it wasn?t much) was done at no cost. They did an excellent job, the kitchen is beautiful!"
