"Wow - we lucked out hiring Jesus/Prestige Cleaning Wizard! Definitely check with these guys for a price quote before you go with other places that may charge more for the same service. REALLY appreciate that he was straightforward about cost (flat rate, no surprises) and what's included etc. He was always prompt with replies to my questions, and even better that he was early for our appointment (of course he texted me in advance if he can be early). Most of all, I liked that he showed me before and after pictures of the great job he did cleaning/clearing the gutters AND the various broken tiles on the roof and warned about risking water leak in such areas.
