The 1st day of 3, we had Kimball, Riley, & Dylan working on the master bath, they had to come back the next day to finish. Carson, Fredy and Logan installed & completed the basement shower the 1st day . Carson, Fredy and Kyle returned a week later, because our tub arrived in the wrong color, they completed the main bath installation in 1 day. The teams were courteous, professional and explained the process in detail. The transformation of our three bathrooms is incredible and well worth the 3 day interruption. For these reasons it is easy to rate West Our journey with West Shor Homes with 5 stars and we would recommend them to anyone we know that is interested in a bathroom remodel."

He came right out and gave us an itemized bid -- which we hadn't been able to get from anyone else. They arrived timely. Every day Amuri explained what they had done and what would be doing next, and made sure we approved. The final work (one completely replaced fence, one repaired fence, new railings for the porch, new support posts for the patio and paint) is excellent. "I had Valley plumbing in for a second bid on a sewer problem in an old rental home. The company that did the first bid said they found a blockage under the basement bathroom and under the foundation of the home. Also, they found a break in the line in the driveway. They said it would take $8000 to repair the bathroom, remove the floor covering, bathtub, tile, sink, concrete and put everything back. It would take another $4000 to repair the sewer pipe break in the driveway. Valley plumbing found the break in the driveway but their camera showed not problem under the basement bathroom and foundation. They quoted a bid of $1800 to do the repair.
