He came out right away and assessed our garage and found that the door was also broken. He put a temporary fix on the spring and helped us order a new door and opener. Because of supply chain issues, the door took much longer than expected, but Kevin kept us updated the entire time. The door finally arrived and Kevin coordinated all of the delivery.
