"I had sewer backup in my basement, to which my backup valve failed. It was a Monday night after hours, around 10pm that I went on home advisor. I received a call from Rob immediately, who offered to come by for a free estimate. He was here a short time later, walked me through what needed to be done, asked if I had any questions and proceeded to get that nasty job done. He was polite, professional, and courteous, but most of all he got my house up and running in no time. Highly recommend!!"
