He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."
