He provided a quote and after reviewing it and comparing it to another bid from the previous day, I decided to go with Jeff. The other contractor charged more for labor and offered to replace less parts. The other person did offer to replace more parts, but of course charge more. Had a issue with the door after the repair. I adjusted the sensor a bit. Jeff called back to ask what was going on and even offered to come back to look just to make sure. He said no charge, just want to make sure things were good. No issues since. We did discuss a new opener in the event that it happens again. So far, no further issues. Thanks!"
