In the end they fixed the damage from the leak and replaced the back part of my roof. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
