"The ALB Brothers patiently addressed my gutter needs as a first time homebuyer. They made me have no worries about using their service and detailed what exactly was going to be included in the service. My gutters were improperly pitched due to bad hangers, and didn t have gutter guards. These issues were addressed. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend."

"Brian was fantastic and I now have an electrician forever! He listened and answered all my questions on the phone and gave me a very accurate estimation of costs and came to my house the next day! He was very professional and knew exactly what to do and even checked out a few extra things to make sure everything was safe with my older electrical hookups and spent extra time explaining everything to me. His price was fair and not over his estimation that he gave me on the phone. I had lost almost all my electricity (half my house was without power) and Brian was able to put me back to full power and it is wonderful to never have to worry again about what to do if I need an electrician. From now on it is Call Brian and relax cause he is fair, honest and true to his word. He gives you a time and shows up when he says and even called me when he was on his way cause I usually do not trust repair people etc when it comes to appointment times - but Brian was great! I had called a few other electrical companies before checking home advisor and getting brian and my local companies wanted a lot more money and some even wanted to send more than one electrician to do the job with a one hour minimum rate for both employees, so brian not only did it all but saved me money too! Yes I recommend Brain to anyone with an electrical problem."

"The RYB team delivered an excellent job for a fair price putting in a new circuit. upgrading the panel and wiring a heat-pump installation for me. They were neat, honest and respectful; answered my questions, explained what they were doing and why. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard all day in my nasty basement. And the Electrical Final Inspection... 5 Stars. Thanks"

Full Service Pool Company, Pool, Pavers , and 7 more
"This was one of the best surprises I have had. Papa Grieves took my pool from pond green to the clearest it had been all year. In addition, they then closed the pool for less than I had been paying before AND included the chemicals! But the biggest thing I want people to know is the level of service they provided was superior. I had forgotten that my cable for winter closing had broken during the opening this year. Papa Grieves came back out the next day and installed a new cable. No last-minute Amazon purchasing for me. They came when they said, did the work I asked, were cheaper than others I've worked with, and exceded my expectations. If you are a pool owner, keep their info handy."

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
4. How to Prepare & What to Know Before the Electrician ArrivesRockaway Electricians are rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 352 reviews of 352 pros.
