They were on the site within two days and although delayed briefly by additional snowfall which made it dangerous to work on the roof, they got out and got the problem areas addressed just in time to feel confident ahead of Christmas that we are in good shape until better weather arrives and can look at a potential replacement. "Steve and his crew coordinated two projects: metal roof installation and completely tear down half a garage roof and rebuild the roof to finally install the shingles. His crew showed up first thing in the morning and had completed the work within a matter of hours!!! It was so surreal that his team finished everything so quickly. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"I was called the same Saturday night as my inquiry on Angi’s list. Dario cane out the next day for an estimate replacing a 12 foot area of soffit that was knocked off from the wind. He was able to come on Monday morning and fixed it and also said he can clean all my gutters because the roof is too high for me to clean. He cleaned the gutters for a fair price He and his son were very nice, respectful and cleaned up after their job. I would recommend them for any job!!"
