The owner showed up at my house on the date scheduled, explained the process of the work required, understood my concerns and past experiences and assured me I will be in good hands. Carlosâ promise was kept, sanded, polished, clear coated the floors and to my surprise he did the stairs, just because he noticed the 1st floor and 2nd floor will not match if not done at the same time. This was done without any surprises in additional cost. Without hesitation, I paid for his services.
