"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat. He was able to fix a couple things on a property that was in contract to be sold, he worked with me on my short timeframes and his price was very reasonable. I needed a water heater strap installed into a concrete foundation and must have called 10-15 places before finally speaking with Ron. I had an amazing number of places tell me the job was too small or for something like that they were book 3-4 months out. Ron was not only the more fair-priced but he was able to make it to the property within a day.
