So far as the emergency mail box, everything was quite wet from rain and melted snow, but they bought Quickcrete, which set up well and we are enjoying having a better mailbox after 60 years using the one which broke off the old concrete. Our last team pretended not to understand English. If I didn't go out and ask them to do something (which they often should have already done), I had to go out and find the "leader." In comparison, Juan always checks in with me to be sure there isn't something out of the usual I want his people to do or to let me know his plans. If they make a mistake, they are nice about correcting it. (This only happened once when I didn't make my instructions clear about where I wanted some gravel.)"
