"This company was so good, I feel compelled to give a review everywhere. I've never, ever experienced such a professional company as this one. They gave a courtesy call to advise they were going to be a few minutes late. Literally just 10 minutes behind schedule. They explained everything in detail. Job was completed in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and they even replaced a door handle I took off at no extra charge. They were very polite and observed covid protocols and did no pushy sales. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
