"Salesman and project manager was Dave. He priced our mold damage and repair job to where we couldn't say no, then he explained what and how his crew would do work to code for the mold testing and abatement. There was GREAT communications by all three C2C workers during this time, we NEVER felt forgotten or like we needed to complain about things getting done. Due to a back injury, I couldn't help much on cleanout day and C2C helped out WAY more than needed. For a minor charge they boxed and bagged our belongings and furniture into our rented POD and were cheerful and top notch workers all the way. Returning our furniture and belongings to the front rooms was the same outstanding experience as we moved onto the second part of our job, the living room and dining room mold problems. Once again C2C was outstanding clearing out our belongings and furniture to the POD. A wall was removed in the dining room, the rotten subfloor was replaced in the living room and the dining room ceiling had to be removed to get to the mold problems there. We encountered more problems with prior repairs by other companies that didn't do what we paid them for!!! C2C made those repairs also and really kept the costs reasonable and affordable for our budget. I really appreciate C2C workers (Dave, Ricky, Donnie) for saying what they were doing and then doing EXACTLY what they said! There was never any double talk or something "wasn't their fault..." as we encountered the additional problems C2C offered solutions and pricing that kept is within the budget and on time. The workers craftmanship was simply superior, their demeanor and attitude were again TOP-NOTCH! The whole job was done on time, and we would recommend them to anyone, and we are currently hiring them for more work at our residence! Finally an honest and hard working company!!!"

"Made my appointment with a hurricane on its way. He showed up took air n surface tests evaluated the damage quoted me a price. We agreed and he returned a week later to remediate the damage. Completed the work in a day. Left his equipment to purify the air for 2 days. Returned and picked up his equipment and payment. Also took post surface and air test. Very happy with East Coast Property Consultants. I would call him again and have already givien his name to a neighbor."

"Mike has gone above and beyond to help me at no charge. The apartment I was renting from Advenir at Aventine grossly neglected my maintenance issues pertaining to water leaks. The hallway leak and bathroom have been ongoing for several years. The roof leak which occurred of my knowledge in May, June and September produced visible mold. I contacted Mike at Mr. Dry since management has neglected all my request and said it was dirt. Mike conducted mold and air quality tests. Results layman terms Black mold air quality-high levels in Apartment. My health has been affected, had to find new living arrangements. He offered to do project remediation, they denied. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, also came back as manager tried to harrass and bully me so maintenance could try and perform repair."
