This young man has warmth, charisma and emotional intelligence when working with customers. He spent time answering all our questions and scheduled the job very quickly. We were assigned a â  Team Aâ  project manager, Erik DeGeorgio, who was organized, an excellent communicator and supervised a â  team Aâ  work crew who did outstanding work on our screens and cage replacements. The job was completed in two days. We had a little debris on our pool deck and Erik scheduled a team member to come out and shop vac our deck to finish our job cleanly. We have several projects that are needed in the future as we upgrade our new home, and we will be scheduling those with Sun Control."
