"Will was quick to respond to my inquiry and explained a couple of approaches to dealing with some cracked grout in our bathroom. Apparently, the grout cracked as the result of a new toilet being installed a few months ago. When I explained our situation, Will offered to come out and take a look. He felt confident he could take care of it since it appeared to be an easy fix. He arrived on time the next day, explained what he would do and gave us price. We agreed to let him do the work and were very happy with the outcome. We were surprised that he even took on this small job, and at a very reasonable price. He truly seemed to be happy to help us and we're very pleased with his meticulous work and customer service."
