Steve got back to us very quickly and arranged to stop by our location to assess the situation, upon arrival he not only assured the owner the job was well within the scope of SCP Metal Fabrications' capability, but he also assisted in removing it and took it with him that very day! Steve kept us up to date on the status of our arm (video) and repaired it to like new condition. As a retired mechanical engineer (now a distiller) I've seen my fair share of mediocre welding repairs, Steve and his crew not only met our expectations, they exceeded them and got us back in business. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."

"Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. After power washing the deck it was evident that the deck needed more repairs than we initially thought. Santiago replaced the necessary boards (for a fair additional price), reinforced and stabilized the railing. My deck is almost 30 years old and I was concerned the new boards would not blend with the old. His team did a fabulous job of countersinking the old nail heads, sanding all the boards old and new, sanding all the spindles and deck railing so they all looked brand new and the job was done so well I was able to use a transparent stain to show off the beautiful clear cedar deck instead of a semi-translucent stain or paint which would cover the grain of the wood. In 30 years I have had my deck repaired, power washed and stained many times. Santiago and his team are probably the best group I have ever had for the service they provided. They are polite, nice, professional and communicate issues with you. I would highly recommend them for any deck, power washing or staining jobs."
