I sent him a picture by text of the shower elements that were stripped and not functioning and leaking. He was able to quickly identify the model and type of units that needed to be replaced. He promptly gave me a quote over the phone, which was the final price I paid. The best part of this experience is, that a number of months ago, I had another plumber come in and look at the problem. At that time this gentleman said that the parts on my shower were old design and parts for it were no longer available and or really hard to find. "Esteban did a great job. He made some recommendations based on our needs. He took out most of the old cast iron pipe that was corroded and replaced with ABS black plastic. He also installed a valve, so we could use the wash machine water to water the backyard trees and plants. A goal was to minimize damage to the exterior stucco, and he used drills instead of hammers to go through. He listened to our questions and made some recommendations to avoid leaks. I hired him to do some additional work the last plumber did wrong, and he did it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Esteban Plumbing."
