I can't say enough about how hard working and impressive the roofers were. In just 2 days they completed a full tear off and new roof on our house, attached garage, and large back porch, and they had to deal with some steep angles. They used GAF HDZ shingles and combined the other GAF products, and we received the System Plus warranty in the mail good for 50 years, and it will even transfer to the next owner as long as the paperwork is completed at transfer. The guys were careful and tarped the yard during the tear off and made every effort to not leave any garbage or nails behind. I highly recommend Green Built for any roof job! Our roof is looking great."
