"I had a contractor do my shower floor. I live in Sagamore Beach area of Mass.He used grout to secure the tile on the floor. Within 4 days of use it was lifting and coming apart. Contacted Silvestre and the owner Jean came out . took a look had his guys come and start the process of correction. Could not have been done better. They were all meticulous. Jean came and checked progress. When finished they cleaned up enough so you would not even know they were there. I have had work done in my homes for 35 years. Never had a company like this! I scheduled the work and could not be happier with the outcome! Sections of the tile shower needed to be re-grouted, the glass shower door needed to be sealed, the marble seat and shelves needed re-caulking and some of the tile floor needed to be re-grouted.
