"We had 4 companies try to sell us on a whole new bathroom design & remodel. They didn't trust that we knew what we needed. Our bathroom was remodeled 5 yrs ago by professionals & some of shower floor tiles popped up. The Groutsmith came out, knew just what to do. He gave us a quote, we chatted for 20 minutes & he left. My husband & I had the same gut feeling about the man and we now have a nicer looking shower floor than was to begin with. So GLAD to have met the man & the company. So wonderful to deal with ! Sales people of the world, just bc we're 70y.o. doesn't mean we're mentally incapable. Just means we are not able to do what we did when we were 30. My husband totally gutted our bathroom twice including ceramic tiles & new tub in our 45 yrs. here. Hubby even built the bathroom cabinet, frame around mirror & standing toilet cabinet to our needs. Thankfully this man understood & did not patronize us like the other 4 companies!GROUTSMITH- THANK YOU X 10!!!"

"We hired Argi to do a tear out of the bathroom walls and floor, replace with new tile and to replace the shower fixtures. As with every project we found surprises. Argi made his recommendations and they were right on the mark!! It meant more time and work for him but he was very understanding and wanted the job to be done right just as I did. This was an extremely busy and challenging time for him and I really appreciate the attention that he gave to us and our project! The room is 30 years old so you can imagine the difference between old and new. We are thrilled!! Argi was so patient with all of our questions and with our three dogs. (He loves animals) We also hired him to replace 2 broken tiles in our entryway and to re grout a few areas there. We had to order the grout in order for it to match but once it arrived Argi came to do that job on his day off!! I can't say enough good things about him! The day that Argi came to our home on his day off to work on our entryway, we had just gone through an extremely stressful and very difficult week. He was so kind and did such a sweet thing that day for us. I can't tell you how many trips Argi made to the Home Depot during his time with us in order to make everything just right. Argi is such a personable and hard working man! He takes pride in his work and does a great job!! He knows his stuff! He is absolutely trustworthy and is a Christian and family man. I enjoyed my time getting to know him and he most certainly was a blessing to us. It is extremely difficult to find a good contractor and near impossible to find one like Argi. "We hired them to grind the surface of our travertine floor and fill the open pockets with grout. Wow - the floors look like new and after the added their special sealant, our maintenance to clean the floor has dramatically decreased and the floor looks awesome. Wish we had done this 5 years earlier. In addition, their team had such a focus on detail, and were very careful to prevent any damage to our cabinets or furniture. On time every day - friendly and polite. I rarely do reviews, but this company deserves the kudos. I recommend them vigorously."
