We didnâ  t want a production builder, as we know they cut corners because they have to build so many homes a year to make a profit. Because of this we decided to build a custom home. We were on a budget, and they helped guide us on selections that what would work within our budget or close to it. We couldnâ  t afford an expensive interior designer, so they had their selection coordinator help with selections at no extra cost. We ended up with not just a house, but a beautiful home that our family has been able to grow into.
