Project Location: Pleasant Hill, CA Date: 01/25/24Building Type: Residential outbuilding (garage, etc)Comment: Planning ADU construction. Need plans drawn for submittal to utility districts and building dept. for permit approval. We are converting a 16x20Tuff Shed. Plans need to include utilities with drains, hookups, outlets labeled, slab foundation, exterior and interior plans. I have a hand drawn idea for the floor plan. Open concept with enclosed bathroom and laundry closet for washer/dryer. Kitchen will include an island that we would like and outlet too. Open concept with all kitchen appliances on same wall as bathroom except kitchen sink and disposal. We are looking for an experienced professional that has worked on residential plans. Experience with ADU’s and Contra Costa County a plus. Thank you for your consideration. Jane
