He gave me a fair price, sent me his insurance information and came to do the tree removal and pruning of another tree on time. I had questions between the estimate and actual work day and he responded faster than I expected given I sent the message on a weekend. He works safely, not only for himself and crew but for my home and property. He will be returning in November to do a full pruning when it will be safer for the health of my tree because he is knowledgable and did not want to risk damage to my beautiful pear tree.
