"As part of the process, they had to move a very large pile of firewood. He moved it and put it back as it was before. He also had to work in an area that was new grass and he left it looking just as it was before the job. It was nicely done and he cleaned up well when finished."

This was no small task. They were reasonable priced and broke down the cost to allow me to determine how I wanted to approach. They were able to service within a few days and were extremely efficient at the work! I could not believe how quick they were and with attention to detail and aesthetics. The yard now looks beautiful only after 3 days of work. I am now considering tree removal and working with M&L on this as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"I requested this job on HomeAdvisor at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, and Hilario was at my house by 5:30 to look at the job and provide an estimate. Not only was his price very reasonable, but he said he could start on Friday. I hired him instantly and I'm so glad I did. He was here all day Thursday (yes - he did actually come a day before he promised) and returned today (Friday) to finish the job by 1:00 PM. The very long brick and concrete stairway leading up to my front door had lots of missing mortar between the bricks and several crumbling concrete seams. He repointed all of the brick work and repaired all of the concrete seams, making my stairway look brand new. When the job was done, he cleaned everything thoroughly and left the area spotless. I fully intend to call Hilario back next spring to repair my old stone retaining walls."
