"Fritz called me immediately and set up a time to come and look at the job. He needed to acquire a few items to do the job correctly so we set up a time for the following day. He came back the next day and completed the job. Fritz was professional, friendly and courteous. I will hire him again for any handyman services. 5 stars for FL Exterior Solutions!"

"Daniel was terrific! I have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and I was having lots of anxiety when searching someone to clean my tile roof prior to my house painting. My concerns were my plants, landscape, patios, pool, windows, etc. Well let me say that Daniel and his crew were fabulous. Professional, neat, clean, and cautious is what they are all about. I hardly ever right a review but On Point was on point and they deserved my time to commend them for their efforts!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions youāll need to ask to ensure youāre hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, youāll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your homeās square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if youāre particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if theyāre willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios ā a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
