Manny responded within 24 hours with a wrtten proposal and quoted price...price agreed upon was within our budget and a start date was scheduled for 4.24.23. They arrived each day on time and worked intensely. My entire 7 rooms plus repairs were completed by the afternoon of 4.27.23, plus an immaculate cleaning and returning of furniture and appliances in their proper places. Efforts were seamless with no disuptions in our routine family life, inasmuch as we are retired and home most of the day.
