I wanted a tankless water heater, but the cost and time frame did not workout for me since we needed it right away. I decided to go with the traditional water heater, same brand as the current one that came with the house and it was a trustable brand. Giovanni even checked our pressure valve which needed replacement as well. It took him the whole day to finish from purchasing the parts to installing everything. Once he was finished, he educated us and it was a done deal. He will be my go to plumber. Very honest, nice, and answers all questions."

He didn't (as one plumber did) deprecate the manufacturer of the material he was installing. He was on time, and left the bathroom in better condition than he had found it.
