"These guys are awesome. They were able to come early and got the job done quickly. We had trees to cut down and lots of trimming of hedges and pruning that needed to be done. The crew works as a team together. They fully cleaned up when they were done. Their price was extremely reasonable, in fact, they had the best estimate from the start. "I have hired many - but Arborists of America is the best. William Byrd, Operations Manager, made an appointment to survey the work. He was on time, polite, and professional and surveyed my other trees, though we agreed to only cut two (Spruce, Maple). When he and his crew arrived, one performed a written safety audit of the area, recording with images of the project. The spruce was simple, and they removed and chipped the dead limbs and cut the tree into rounds. The hardest was a 3-trunk Maple with one trunk rotted. This required a technical approach to safely lower the one trunk, which took several hours. I have hired other outfits, but William and his crew were the best and all for a very reasonable price. IF you have tree work to be done you better grab them as they are going to be very popular. They are honest, friendly, and care about doing a good job correctly. Hats off to you guys."
