"A storm rolled through June 2019 in Owasso and tore up pretty much every roof in our neighborhood. I called Zach at Duralast and he came out at the time of our appointment (I hate late contractors) and he gave us his opinion. When we called our insurance adjuster with Zach's concerns, he made time to come and meet our adjuster so that they could agree on what happened and the requirements for the repair. After that, things got rolling quickly and painlessly. Zach and his crew completed the demolition and the majority of the roofing install work on a 3K Sq. foot house in a single day. Pictures and updates came through text which really connected us with the progress. Other contractors (windows and gutters) needed to be used for some of the work, Zach took care of finding reliable sub-contractors and was very observant of their quality of work and that they did good by us. We needed a custom interior piece, Zach took care of that too picking up the damaged piece and delivering the new one. Zach even managed the day-to-day communication with the insurance company. Nobody wants to go through the hassle of getting a new roof, it is expensive and confusing business that can leave you confused and wondering who to turn to. However with someone like Zach and Duralast on your side, you will end up with a great looking and quality result that you can trust at an absolute minimum of cost and hassle.
