"Pros: Got me on the schedule right away, able to text and call vs showing up in person. On-site workers were very capable and fast. Cons: The amount of carpentry work needed was grossly underestimated by sales person. When older siding was not available they asked me if they could substitute something that would have affected appearance. They came up with a solution that worked but not until I said no to that request. When I went to jobsite it looked like way too much siding had been purchased and no way to return it. After I paid and sent a final text never got any sort of reply to thank me for my business, whatever, to close out transaction."
