"My water heater stopped working correctly on a Friday night. I called Jason Saturday morning and we discussed the issue. Unfortunately, the part needed to resolve the issue wouldn't be available until Monday. Since the water heater was one week past the warranty expiration (that's right!), we discussed my other options. I decided to replace the water heater and Jason was happy to take care of everything for me that same day. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!"
