"Parker was awesome! I hired him for a dryer repair, and I admit I was a little leery because I've not lucked out with hiring good contractors in the past. He is professional, personable, highly intelligent in figuring things out, and makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the job before he leaves. He even texted me to give me a heads-up when he was headed my way for the appointment. He is a lot more reasonable than hiring an appliance-specific repair man. He tore my dryer apart and had it figured out within an hour for the drum to start spinning again. He also is great about guaranteeing the quality of work he has done. Example: After he fixed my dryer, I discovered it was not heating and only drying with cold air when doing a batch that evening. He came back the following day and found there was one resistor not plugged in tight. He had it fixed within a matter of minutes and did not charge me anything to come back out again and fix it. I highly recommend him, and I will hire him again in the future."

"Jeff came out and was positive about what he could do to repair our door. Explained what he would replace and said he would get it working like new. He provided a quote and after reviewing it and comparing it to another bid from the previous day, I decided to go with Jeff. The other contractor charged more for labor and offered to replace less parts. The other person did offer to replace more parts, but of course charge more. Had a issue with the door after the repair. I adjusted the sensor a bit. Jeff called back to ask what was going on and even offered to come back to look just to make sure. He said no charge, just want to make sure things were good. No issues since. We did discuss a new opener in the event that it happens again. So far, no further issues. Thanks!"
