"He looks over the entire project to make sure he is not just cleaning but is also leaving everything better than he found it. I asked him to clean a gutter. It had the cheaper gutter guards on it, he not only cleaned it, but he also put them on correctly. He pointed out holes I had in my siding that he rightly said was from golf balls and then offered to help me if I called the club about repairs and did not get a satisfactory answer. He really cared about my outcome. He also installed a new light fixture, replacing an old one. He is very handy. I will be having him back for more work. A sliding barn door leading from the bedroom into the bathroom and sm. room with toilet in the little room for my wife to do her make up and hair. The bathroom has a new vanity, stand-up shower and 6 foot bath on the floor. With 3 closets in there with slide open doors, along with a built in closet for all bathroom amenities and more with sliding door. Remodeled our porch with windows, with sliding glass doors going out to our fire pit with a complete deck running along the side of the house and out to the pit. His incite of what to do and then how he's going to do it is amazing. He walked us through everything he was going to do and did it exactly how we wanted it. There is nothing he can't do. His price was more than fair and there were no surprises, we got exactly what we were told. He cuts no corners his knowledge of what needs to be done by looking at the job is impeccable. He starts your job, he is there until it is done. His communication is constant and he'll listen to you and anything you have to say. I have never been more satisfied with every job he's done.
