"Our father recently passed away and his house was flooded twice from the last two hurricanes in FL. Jose started the work immediately removing drywall, baseboards etc and even removed all the wet destroyed personal items in the house even though that wasn't included in his estimate. He completed the work ahead of schedule and did excellent work He has also helped us out beyond the scope of the demo/repairs needed..
