They were on time, respectful of our home, and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done and how our new water heater worked. And even when literally a half hour later I called with more questions; took the time to come back over, double check everything, answer my questions, and tweak the system at no cost. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm.
