I was incredibly impressed by his initiative given that my quote request went out on a Sunday. Steve came by the same day to take a look at the tree, confirmed an appointment to remove the tree the following Tuesday afternoon! Steve was remarkably friendly and professional, and made my grandma smile. She told me the removal was â AMAZINGâ . Exclaiming, â he actually climbed the tree! I couldnâ t believe it!â She watched the whole thing, and canâ t wait to show me the pictures she took on her iPad. Steve texted me a photo of the job site when they were finished because I could be the site looks supreme. And as others have mentioned, likely better than Centola Tree Works found it. "Miguel Lopez initially came to review the work I needed to have done. He also made one or two pertinent suggestions. Because most of the trees that needed trimming were my neighbor's property, he shared his concerns that she should be notified as well. It was no problem but a great consideration. He arrived on Monday 22nd with a full crew, placed cones in the street to mark off his area of work. He removed and/or trimmed all of the trees/bushes appropriately and his crew took the material to the shredder and dealt with them promptly. They picked up all debris before they left and used the blower to clean up the sidewalk. I so appreciate the customer care, the quiet, efficient manner in which they all did their jobs. I asked him to return in the spring and if he continues to be available I will continue to use his services. Thank you, Miguel - and all of the guys!"
