"Called Ray, got initial quote over the phone, is his honest estimate over the phone since there is no telling what he will run into at job site. Standard price for pumping include 2 ft of digging. Additional digging will require more, which I accepted as more work is require. Long story short, Ray quoted a price including cutting up roots and solid debris inside tank. After a few minutes Ray came in to give bad news that more work will be needed and since I can't afford the big job atm, he will just charge for the pump and dig. His honesty in cutting up tree roots earn him a good review and future job with me. Though I prefer not to have to deal with the bad news, at least I have confident that when the time comes, I have someone I can trust to get it done."
