"I called MTS to give me an estimate for doing routine annual maintenance on my friend's boiler. As it was already after normal business hours, I believe it was the owner, Kyle Larsen, who answered the call. He answered all my questions, and said he could have someone out the next morning, which I agreed to. His technicians came out, inspected the unit, and asked what I wanted to do. I told them to go ahead and do the cleaning, as agreed, which they did. They kept me informed about what they were doing, their experience with the particular unit, etc. When the cleaning was done, the unit would not fire up, and kept giving an error signal. After troubleshooting it, they consulted the owner who came out himself, to check the unit out, after having picked up the suspected bad blower. After verifying that the original blower was, in fact, bad, he directed his team to go ahead and replace the unit. Noticing that there was another component which was visibly deteriorated (and having previously been told that this part frequently was the cause of failures on this particular model), he checked with his parts supplier to see if it was available, in stock. When it was, he suggested that we replace this part, as well, even though it would take another 11/2 - 2 hrs just to get the part. He then negotiated a very reasonable total cost for the service, which I readily agreed to. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and went well beyond standards of service that I would normally expect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of service they provide, and would certainly plan on using them myself in the future."

"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"
