Eminent was selected on the completeness of their proposal (including items that would in all likelihood need to be added after contract signing), having a dedicated workforce, experience, and cost. The work was performed on cost and on schedule and the finished product is magnificent and exceeds all our expectations. Mark, Phil plus Juan and his crew were very easy to work with and consulted with us when decisions were needed. Special mention and thanks for Mark who delivered samples of our selected paver pattern before the start of the work, resulting in us changing our color selection, a very good decision as it turned out.
