"Having experienced trades people who do not show up on time or complete work, it was refreshing to find a company that offers excellent customer service. The needed work was scheduled for the next day. We were kept informed of the anticipated arrival time. Once at our home, we were apprised of what work would be required. John and Zack went above and beyond by helping us with an additional plumbing job after competely completing the needed repair. John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner. It was obvious to us that John was mentoring his employee and imparting his knowledge in a manner that reflected his pride in his chosen profession. We recommend Newburgh Plumbing without reservation and are happy to know that there are still trades people who care about the work they do and want to provide high quality services for their customers. Kudos to John, Zack and the woman who scheduled the appointment."
