"I would like to first off say that we reached out on Sunday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Within 10 minutes of us requesting a quote, we were contacted by them and scheduled for that Monday. They are both super polite and welcoming. Now onto the fix, it ended up being a little bit more work than we had originally discussed. Without charging us anything additional, he fixed it and assembled our couch back together. I have already referred my parents to them for helping fix their couch! I highly recommend them!!!"
